Lecturer / Tutor (Multiple Disciplines)
Clarity Peak College invites qualified and motivated candidates to apply for academic positions in the following disciplines:

Appointments may be made at Lecturer or Tutor level depending on qualifications and experience.
To deliver high-quality instruction grounded in strong theoretical foundations and applied practice, aligned with international academic standards and local development needs.
Staff are expected to contribute to teaching, assessment, student mentorship, and curriculum implementation.
Academic staff shall:
Plan and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions according to approved syllabi
Uphold the institution’s theory-before-practice instructional philosophy
Prepare course materials, lesson plans, and assessments
Assess students fairly and provide timely feedback
Supervise laboratories, fieldwork, or projects where applicable
Maintain accurate academic and attendance records
Participate in curriculum development and academic review meetings
Mentor students academically and professionally
Observe academic integrity, ethics, and institutional policies
Engage in continuous professional development
Tutor
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (minimum Second Class)
Demonstrated subject competence
Willingness to grow into a full lecturer role
Lecturer
Master’s degree in relevant discipline (preferred)
Strong theoretical foundation
Teaching experience at tertiary level is an advantage
Strong subject-matter expertise
Clear communication skills (written and oral)
Ability to teach diverse learners
Ethical conduct and professionalism
Commitment to student success
