Tuition and Fees Policy (2026–2027) for Clarity Peak College
1. Purpose
This policy establishes the tuition fees, administrative charges, registration fees, payment schedules, and other applicable charges for all academic programmes offered by Clarity Peak College.
The policy applies to Associate Degree programmes, Certificate programmes, and Foundation Programmes.
2. Associate Degree Programmes
2.1 Tuition Fee
700,000 SSP per semester
The tuition fee covers classroom instruction, practical laboratory sessions, workshops, tutorials, project supervision, academic support, and extensive use of specialised laboratories, technical equipment, and licensed software where applicable.
Administration Fee
100,000 SSP per semester
The administration fee covers:
Student registration and enrolment services
Academic administration
Student identification services
Campus Wi-Fi access
Student portal access
Library services
Information technology support
General student services
3. Certificate Programmes
Certificate tuition fees vary according to the programme offered. The applicable tuition fee for each programme is published on the respective programme webpage and official College publications.
Registration Fee
20,000 SSP (one-time, non-refundable)

Student registration
Student records management
Student identification
Administrative services
Tuition Payment Schedule
To make professional education more accessible, tuition fees shall be paid in three instalments as follows:
First Instalment: 30% of the total tuition fee, payable before registration.
Second Instalment: 50% of the total tuition fee, payable before the midpoint of the programme.
Final Instalment: 20% of the total tuition fee, payable before the commencement of the final module or capstone project.
Participants must settle each instalment by the deadlines communicated by the College. Failure to do so shall result in suspension of classes, withholding of examination eligibility, or administrative action in accordance with College regulations.
The applicable tuition fee rate for Certificate and Foundation programmes is locked at the rate published at the time of the student’s formal enrolment and remains fixed for their continuous duration in that specific cohort.
4. Foundation Programmes
Tuition fees for Foundation Programmes vary according to the programme and are published on the respective programme webpage and official College publications.

Tuition Payment Schedule
Foundation Programme tuition fees may be paid in two instalments:
First Instalment: 50% of the total tuition fee, payable before registration.
Second Instalment: 50% of the total tuition fee, payable before the midpoint of the programme.
Participants must complete all fee payments before being permitted to sit final assessments or receive completion documents.
5. One-Time and Variable Fees
Application Fee (Associate Degree Programmes)
50,000 SSP (one-time, non-refundable)
Charged upon submission of an application and covers admission processing, document verification, and entrance examination administration.
Course Repeat Fee (Associate Degree Programmes)
450,000 SSP per course (where applicable)
Charged when a student is required to re-enrol in and repeat a failed course.
Note: Clarity Peak College requires full course repetition; standalone examination re-takes are not permitted
Replacement of Student Identification Card
Student fee shall be charged 50,000 SSP for lost or damaged student identification cards in accordance with the prevailing College fee schedule.
6. Payment Methods
The College accepts payments through approved banking institutions, mobile money services, electronic payment platforms, or other payment methods authorised by the Finance Office.
Official receipts shall be issued for every payment made.
7. Financial Obligations
Students are responsible for ensuring that all tuition fees and other applicable charges are paid within the prescribed deadlines.
Failure to meet financial obligations will result in:
Suspension of registration;
Restriction from attending classes;
Withholding of examination eligibility;
Withholding of academic transcripts, certificates, or other official documents; and
Cancellation of enrolment in accordance with College regulations.
8. Review of Fees
The College reserves the right to review tuition fees and other charges periodically in response to changes in operational costs, economic conditions, programme requirements, or institutional priorities.
Any approved changes in fees shall apply only to new students enrolling after the date of implementation.
Students who were admitted under a previously approved fee structure shall continue to pay the original fees applicable at the time of their admission for the full duration of their programme. Such fees shall remain fixed and shall not be adjusted mid-study, regardless of subsequent fee revisions introduced by the College.
Accordingly, fee changes shall not affect continuing students who are already registered under an earlier intake cohort, including cases where historical fee levels differ from current published rates.
All fee revisions shall be formally approved by College Management and communicated prior to implementation for new admissions.
9. Effective Date
This Tuition and Fees Policy shall take effect from the 2026/2027 Academic Year and supersedes all previous tuition and fee schedules issued by Clarity Peak College.
