Clarity Peak College offers a structured distance learning pathway for students who are unable to attend full-time on-campus classes due to employment, geographic location, family responsibilities, medical conditions, or other legitimate circumstances.
Distance learning at Clarity Peak College is not a reduced or simplified form of education. It is a rigorous, community-oriented academic model that combines online instruction with compulsory on-campus residency periods to ensure that all students receive equivalent academic quality, practical training, and institutional support.
Purpose of the Distance Learning Programme
This Distance Learning Policy establishes a fair and academically robust framework governing students enrolled under the distance learning modality.

How to Apply as a Distance Learner
Applicants wishing to study through the distance learning modality must:

Online Attendance Requirements
Distance learners are required to:

Mandatory On-Campus Attendance
Attendance during designated residency periods is compulsory.
Failure to attend may result in:
Missing Week 7 Special Lectures: Academic warning.
Missing Week 8 Practicals and Mid-Semester Tests: Grade of zero (0) unless an approved exemption is granted.
Missing Week 14 Special Lectures: Academic warning.
Repeated absence: Academic counselling.
Missing Week 15 Practicals and Final Examinations: Grade of zero (0) unless formally exempted.
Exemptions are granted only in cases of documented medical emergencies or other serious circumstances approved by the Academic Registrar.
Graduation Requirements
Distance learners must attend the official College Graduation Ceremony upon completion of their studies.
