1. COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course introduces students to corporate financial management and budgeting techniques. It focuses on planning, controlling, and evaluating financial resources in organisations. Students learn how to prepare budgets, perform variance analysis, and apply financial decision-making tools to support organisational objectives.
Emphasis is placed on linking financial theory with practical decision-making, equipping students to participate in the financial planning and management processes of small and medium enterprises as well as corporate entities.
